A list of patch notes.


After server start changes:
. Stones of level 5 (Metin of Sorrow) to 40 (Metin of Soul) will drop Green Magic & Green Strength.
2. Stones of level 45 (Metin of Shadow) to 90 (Metin Jeon-Un) will drop Enchant Item & Reinforce Item.
3. Experience Ring (1h) cannot be unequipped anymore.
4. Thief Glove from metin stones drop will last 1h.
5. Has been corrected the Dragon Aid's from item shop to the correct time last.
6. Global message when someone kills a boss had changed (example: [CH1] : Okami defeated Nine Tails).
7. Missing icon for Scoll of Correction fixed.
8. More work has been done for https://wiki.metin2007.com/.
9. Metin2007.exe patch new & simple design.
10. Experience Ring will be obtained only from boss chests & event boxes.
11. Selling price for some armours has been fixed.
12. Certain items from boss chests has benn removed & some added (we will update this on wiki).
13. Now the forum https://board.metin2007.com/ is operational & we invite you to create a new account and have a look.
14. Class balances will be patched in the next maintenance & will be ready for tests.

Mage Helmets:
Level 1: 10% Strong vs Monsters at +9 and Defense increased by 10.
Level 21: 15% Strong vs Monsters at +9 and Defense increased by 15.
Level 41: 20% Strong vs Monsters at +9 and Defense increased by 20.

Ninja Helmets:
Level 1: 6% Strong vs Monsters at +9 and Defense increased by 5.
Level 21: 9% Strong vs Monsters at +9 and Defense increased by 9.
Level 41: 12% Strong vs Monsters at +9. and Defense increased by 14.

Attack Value for Fans and Bells increased by 10-30.

15. CH2 is now ready, at the opening we will start with 2 channels.
16. Blessing Marble, Exorcism Scroll, Zen Bean & Concentrated Reading is dropable at bosses starting with Orc Chief.
17. Blessing Scroll is dropable at all metin stones & all bosses starting with Cung-Mok aswell as common drop from level 50.
18. Dark-Ghost Leader will have his own boss chest aswell, the content of the chest will be the same as Dark Leader Chest.

Patchnotes:
Horse Medal is now stackable.
Green Magic & Green Strength is now stackable and dropable.
Empty Bottle x10 from General Store price was raised from 150.000 Yang > 200.000 Yang.
Full Moon Sword drop rate raised with 0.5%.
Bear Gall drop rate reduced with 1.0%.
Ice Marble drop rate increased with 0.5%.
Metin Stones random spawn fixed.
Mission Hunter's Treasure corrected instead of 1x Bravery Cape > 20x Bravery Cape.
Moonlight Treasure Chest event moved to Saturday from 20:00 to 22:00 EEST (EEST is GTM+2, or Romanian timezone).
The success chance from upgrade items was removed.

Dear players,

Following this short maintenance, we have managed to retouch some balance issues that we've had with the Mages, and have buffed certain items as well to make the game more fair for everyone. Additionally, this small update brings a couple of quality of life updates and certain new item along with Item Shop Changes. We hope you will enjoy it.

New Item
Golden Horse Medal

It’s a special medal that allows you to acquire or improve the level of yourself instantly, without waiting, in exchange of some gold. You can drop it from Ape Lord. You can also find this item in the Item Mall for 89 DCs each, or a special offer of 10x for 799 DCs.


Balance Changes
Nerfs
• Monk Hat: Strong vs Monsters reduced from 15% to 12% at +9.
• Phoenix Hat: Strong vs Monsters reduced from 30% to 20% at +9.
• Sunlight Hat: Strong vs Monsters reduced from 40% to 30% at +9.
• Level 70 weapons can no longer be sold to NPCs.
Buffs
• Leather Hood: Strong vs Monsters increased from 6% to 10% at +9.
• Chain Hood: Strong vs Monsters increased from 9% to 15% at +9.
• Steel Hood: Strong vs Monsters increased from 12% to 20% at +9.
• Full Moon Sword: Attack Speed increased from 15% to 18%.
• Stone of Vita: HP increased from 300 to 650 at +4 (and other levels increased as well).
• Stone of Defense: Defense increased from 15 to 25 at +4 only.
• Jade Earrings now grant Max. HP just like Ebony Earrings.
• White Gold Earrings now grant Max. HP just like Ebony Earrings.
• Lion Sword: Damage increased at all levels. Maximum 260-280 at +9 instead of 180-200.
• Passage Ticket drop increased from 1% to 3%.
Reworks
• Stone of Magic: It now grants Magic Resistance instead of Max. PM (10% Magic Resistance at +4).


Quality of life Changes
• Stones are now stackable.
• Horse Missions cooldown reduced from 12 hours to 8 hours.
• You will now receive your horse image (Pony, Military etc.) faster for all kind of images, in two hours’ time.
• Passage Ticket is now droppable, sellable, and tradeable.
• You can now read books every 12 hours instead of 24 hours.
• Glass of Insight purchasable from the General Store (5x for 250.000 Yang).
• Horse Riding Ticket is now stackable.


Bugs Fixes
• Level 47 mission now grants 20x Bravery Capes instead of 1x.
• Skill Books now display the time left until you can read another one, instead of displaying a Chinese translation.


Item Shop Changes
There’s a new category in the Item Shop called Horse Items where you can find a bunch of consumables for your horse.
• You can now buy the Horse Summoning items from the Item Mall.
• You can now buy Horse consumables from the Item Mall.
• You can now buy Horse revival herbs from the Item Mall.
• You can now buy Horse Riding Tickets from the Item Mall.
• You can now buy Golden Horse Medal from the Item Mall.

As you know we, the Metin2007 team work permanently to bring the best hard oldschool experience and we listen to your suggestions, starting with next maintenance a series of changes will come into the server, here is what you need to know for the moment:

• The problem regarding the guild buildings materials has been solved, at the next maintenance not only yang will be required to build but materials too as it should.

• Anti hack measures will be increased within the next maintenance too, most of the known hacks will be blocked without the possibilityto make bypass to the antihack.
• Since M2Protect is closed the protection will be removed within the next maintenance.
• Send hack will also be permanently blocked within the next maintenance, same without the possibility to bypass.

• The Halloween event will be available starting with 01/10 and you'll be able to talk with Jack-O-Lantern and the Pumpkin drop will be available.

• The issue with other languages than Ro/En regarding the message "Do you want to sell [item] for [value] Yang Yang?" was fixed, also available after next maintenance.

• As you probably notice already we have updated our web platform and more features will be available soon, as well as the Vote Coins options will be implemented back into the vote4coins, at the moment take advantages and vote the server in exchange of 4 DR every 24h, hurry up and don't miss the free DR!

Dear players,
The 05.12.2022 patchnotes will include a few new changes into the gameplay in order to complete the Christmas event and prepare for the next updates.

• Christmas event is now complete and all the informations about the event can be reviewed at viewtopic.php?t=43 or on wiki at https://wiki.metin2007.com/index.php?ti ... tmas_Event
• There is a new feature with this patch that will bring companions, at the moment only the Deer is available, in item shop and event.
• New pack of OX questions to make it more fun.
• We have prepared a few new quests that will be available soon, this quests refers to Heaven's Lair update (Grotto).
• A few new features was implemented for the Heaven's Lair update (Grotto).
• You can now destroy useless items at Shabby Pedestrian.
• The Halloween skin for stones has been replaced with the default skins.
• Santa Claus and Christmas Tree is now available in the map1 of each kingdom.
